**Description**
**Remove Barriers**You will help clients remove barriers to ESL attendance by following up with clients, assisting with needs, and communicating with the team, and referring for services.
**Serve as a Substitute ESL Instructor**You will fill in as needed as a substitute ESL instructor in order to provide team support when full time staff are sick, on vacation or attend training.
**Teach English as a Second Language**You will teach English as a Second Language to refugee adults as needed when subbing to help restore the lives of the persecuted, as they learn to start new lives in the United States.
**Provide Documentation**You will conduct detailed documentation on services provided, such as barrier removal, follow up, referrals and attendance in the online database.
**WORK HOURS AND LOCATION**
**Hours will be 40 hours per week, with benefits.** Most work hours will be during the daytime M-F, with some evening hours and weekends required, as needed to assist with evening/weekend classes. Office location will be the main campus located at 249 W. Thornhill Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76115. Class locations will be at multiple locations around Fort Worth, however some classes are **virtual** due to COVID-19.
**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:**

A progressive paid leave plan allows you to earn more time off the longer you are employed, and we provide paid time off for 15 designated holidays. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a hourly rate of **$16.00 - $18.00,** based on skills and experience.
